More often than not, we may start feeling sorry for ourself, sad because of the flaws we have, down about that job we didn’t get, or confused about a major decision we have to make. Whatever it is that has got you feeling less than yourself, repeat these words to yourself:
I embrace my body and push out all self-doubt because I love myself.
I deserve to be happy and feel great about every part of my life.
I am secure and confident in myself and will not compare myself to others.
Repeat until you feel the words you are speaking. Then feel free to blast some Beyonce, preferably “Run the World,” then commence to sing it at the top of your lungs!
