It’s that time again! Time to HIIT it. I haven’t been feeling well for the past few days and really need to jump start my week with a good cardio workout. This will really help me get my heart rate up, blood flowing, and adrenaline pumping. For some other benefits of HIIT cardio, click here.

Remember to warm up by walking (on the treadmill or outside) for five minutes and completing your warm up stretches, examples of which can be found here. Complete the below circuit three times, resting thirty seconds between each circuit.
