I have recently decided to devote my Monday posts to HIIT workouts. What’s better than a quick workout to jumpstart your week of fitness. If you are unfamiliar with the benefits of HIIT please refer to my previous HIIT post by clicking here.
Mondays are the worst for me, as I am just coming off of two days of well-deserved rest and must start my day in the pre-crack of dawn hours. In order to get my morning HIIT in before work, I must start my workout at 4:30 a.m. UGH! That is not how I envisioned my mornings going, but alas, that’s how it’s got to be in order for me to make it to Nationals with the best physique I can bring to the stage.
